Park & Marina del Giunchetto proposes a comprehensive urban, landscape, and environmental regeneration strategy for the western coastline of Ospedaletti. Transforming former landfill and railway areas, the master plan re-establishes the relationship between hill and sea while preserving hydrogeological balance. Conceived as a perceptual landscape device, the project integrates marina, park, cycle path, and infrastructure into a cohesive coastal framework that enhances ecological continuity, public accessibility, and the experiential connection to the horizon.
